These Terms and Conditions are the only contractual terms Hype 4 me, (operating under the laws of Ghana) is prepared to rely on in dealing with its clients or users of this website. By registering to use this platform, you agree to have read, understood and accepted these terms. You agree that any modifications made to the terms subsequently will be complied with. If you wholly or partially do not understand or do not accept these terms, do not register an account on this website.

1. General

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

▪ “Hype” means an intensive publicity of products, services or events.

▪ “Self-tasked Individual/Influencer” is anyone who hypes the products, services or events for a supplier of goods and services or an events planner/host at a fee.

▪ “A Hype Contract” is an agreement between a supplier of products, services or event planner/host and a self-tasked individual/influencer for consideration.

▪ “Website” refers to https://hype4me.com

▪ “You” or “User” refers to anyone who uses this website.

▪ “Marketplace” refers to the hype of products, services or events approved of on this website with the aid of social media.

▪ “Company” refers Sentric Technologies Limited

▪ “Authorized person” means a person whose product, service or event has been duly reviewed by the company.

▪ “Social Media” means any online platform that allows the user connect and stay connected to authorized persons whose products or services are to be hyped. Also, an online platform that allows users connect with potential customers through the use of this website.

▪ “Privacy” means the protection of the personal information or details of a user.

2.0 Pay-in and Pay-out

After a hype contract has been approved and visible on the website, the authorized person will then select a self-tasked individual or influencer who applies to hype the product, service or event. Payment will then be made by the authorized user to the company.
Payout will also take place within a week after the self-tasked individual or influencer has completed the task, as fulfillment of consideration of work done by the self-tasked individual or influencer who applied to hype the product, service or event.

3. Copyrights

You are neither allowed to attempt to extract the source code of this website, nor shall you translate the content of this website into other languages for commercial purposes; or make derivative versions. The website itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, herein remain the property of Sentric Technologies Limited.

4. Privacy Policy

All user information on the website shall be protected by the company. This is independent of or does not include circumstances where there is an ongoing investigation by any recognized Security Agency or the Police or the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The company shall be required to give private information of any user who is under an ongoing investigation.

5. Product Review

Posts submitted by a user, supplier or an events planner/host will go through a rigorous review process. The company shall reserve the right to request for samples of a product for the purpose of upholding and ensuring safety precautions prescribed under Food and Drugs Authority, Ghana. A self-tasked individual/influencer who intends to hype a product may ask for samples of the product and it remains the decision of the supplier to agree to the sample. All products to be hyped must have been approved by the Food and Drugs Authority, where applicable.

6. Risk and liabilities

The company shall not be liable for damaged, expired or any other products purchased by the customer who purchases from a supplier whose products are hyped. The company shall not be liable for the authorized supplier’s inability or failure to supply goods. Where the customer or a user is swindled by another user, the company shall not be liable for refund of fees charged or the return of purchase price of the product. The company shall not be liable for any agreement entered into by the users without any direct link to the company.

7. Hype of Criminal Activities and Products

This website shall not be used as a route to connect suppliers of illegal substances or criminal activities. The company shall not be liable for any such activities. The company shall review all posts and as such any post that may be viewed as promoting any illegal activity or the purchase of any illegal product will be rejected. The company shall not be liable in circumstances where a supplier of products, services or an events planner/host subsequently reaches out to a self-tasked individual/influencer for the hype of any product, service or event without the use of this website for criminal activities or sale of illegal products.

8. Links to the Website

Any website or page that uploads a link of this website has not been reviewed by the company. The company shall not be liable for the non-performance of any agreement as a result of any such uploaded links.

9. Hack

The company will not be liable for any security breach involving the user’s personal information. The user must protect their devices and access to the website. The company advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves taking out restrictions and software that are enforced by the official operating system. It might weaken the security characteristics of your phone, leave it open to viruses, spyware, and other harmful programmes, and prevent the hype4me website from operating correctly or at all. In any event where there is a hack, breach, or compromise of the data belonging to the company, Sentric Technologies Limited will not be responsible for reimbursement of its users. In addition, the company will make every effort to prevent willful loss of its data by taking the necessary precautions to safeguard its users. Additionally, users are advised to ensure they do not click on malicious links purported to be connected to the hype4me website. Users must ensure that they have antivirus software to check the safety of the links they click on.

10. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The company may update the Terms and Conditions at any time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continuous use of the site implies consent and agreement to the changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes shall be deemed effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
